Welcome to our HelpDesk system.
The username and password that you use for our HelpDesk is not automatically your F2F login and password. This is a 3rd party system that is not integrated with our login and password database, for a number of reasons. If this is your first time entering a helpdesk ticket - you will need to register before logging in.
All HelpDesk tickets will be answered within a 24 hour period, with the majority of them being answered within a 12 hour period. If you need support in any fashion, using this system will guarantee you a timely answer from us. Make sure to check our FAQ page, answers to questions will be continually added.
